Me, Dad and Paul, went to the game last night. And the ballpark staff was giving out mini replicas of the statue and I took a pic of mine. Here it is:

Sacristy tale (supposed to be published on 8/26/12

So I seved mass this morning. Matt wasn't going to be there, so it was just Danny and me. When inside, I did the ususal stuff, veil the chalice, put hosts in the ciborium. Then when mass started, the pastor forgot the chalice so he to go back in the sacristy to get it. Then later during the epiclesis Danny and I both fell asleep and Danny forgot to ring the bells. We wern't really asleep, we were just.... day dreaming .__. then when the pastor lifted the host Danny woke up and rang the bells. After mass the pastor didn't say anything.

Take our children to work day

So first we went to mass (which I will post about soon), had breakfast and then Dad took Paul and me to where he worked, which wasn't very far. When we got there, I put on my building pass that looks like this:

Paul didn't want me to take a pic of his.  When we got there we met Dad's buddys and joined them in their "morning routine", which is when they go downstairs and get ice. Then we go upstairs to my dad's friend's office where he has a water jug (FYI they fill the ice to the brim) and then; THE WATER'S ALL OVER THE PLACE!!! Then  they just see what's on the agenda for that day, and then start talking trash. Then everybody had to leave so it was just moi, Paul and Dad. We got bored, and Dad showed us the flying pig. It was a present from dad to his buddy. Dad turned it on and it started flying. It was just a toy and it was suspended from the ceiling. Then we went to do some work, which was just loading equipment. First we had to load computers and then we faced the most evil computer monitor in the world! It didn't want to go back in it's box, but we suceeded! Then dad introduced us to some of his friends, Dad introduced us to friend, Miss Laura. And she had a desk full of Beanie Babies for any children the stoped by. By the look that was on Dad's face, he was saying in his head O.K Paul and Xav aren't getting any Beanie Babies. then I said "I'll take the blue jay. Paul said he'd take the whale. I know. I know. We're to old, but we just took them to be polite. Here's a pic of my blue jay. I named him Jose, after Toronto Blue jays right-fielder, Jose Bautista.

Paul wanted me to name him J.J after J.J Hardy, Fuhgetabutit . I suppose that's it.

Hello. As I am writing this, I am in my dad's office for take our children to work day. It's been a great day so far, we've just been loading equipment. Oh, jeez I almost forgot, Paul's here with me too.

Gotta go! We got work to do.

Really?

 Today Opening Day (for my Baseball league) got canceled because of the rain *rolling eyes* Really? Rain today?!  bn b bb nb nbghdkhuyfgtvfdgtrggfthgj (head banging on keyboard). So if our game is rained out, the O's probably won't have a game. And they're in B-More. GO O'S!!! AND GO GIANTS!!

Weird things are happening!!

Sorry I have not posted for a long time but I had to write this. O.K. This morning I got to mass to serve. My alb was missing again . Miss Paula had hid it somewhere in the line. So I lit the candles and then the pastor came in. Today was the feast day of St. George, meaning the guy who killed the dragon. Alright, still wondering about the title? 'Kay. During communion, everything was going on good until I look up the communion line (FYI I hold the paten for communion) and there are three people left in line and then -prepare to scream-, THERE'S A GUY HOLDING A SWORD!!!!!!!!! And then I'm like: Oh no! This guy is gonna behead both of us (us meaning me and the pastor)! So after one of three person receives communion , the pastor runs out of hosts and the guy kneels down for communion and then the pastor goes to get more hosts. And then the sword guy asks me "where's he going?" And I said that he ran out of hosts. Then the pastor came back and then Sword Guy said, "Oh, for a second I thought you were running away because I had a sword". After he received communion, he put the sword at the foot of the altar =0. Mom said it was probably because it was St. George's feast day, and the guy was in the millitary

Weirdness

For the past two last weeks, My crazy cat has been: a. sipping orange juice and coffee and, b. has been going ballistic in the garden, looking like she's in a fight and. c. nibbling at leaves and grass. Wow! What a weird cat I have =P

Scrimage

Today, My little leauge team had a scrimage against the the little leauge Orioles, and we beat them 4-1. I was 1 for 2. The first time I was up, I hit a deep ball to left-center field and drove in an RBI. Second time up, I hit a fielders choice to shortstop. Opening day,  April twenty-three. GO GIANTS!

Funny sacristy tale.

Funny? More like hillarious! So anyway, Deacon Jack teaches something at a school, and since it's Easter Break, He got the day off. So in the sacristy, I found my favorite cincture! I was so happy. Then I lit the candles which was very hard. Cause of the pascal candle. And then Deacon Jack and I started talking Baseball. And then Fr. Joe came in. Alright. Now we're after the consicration
Fr. Joe (reading eucharistic prayer): Make us grow in love with Benedict, our pope (A Fly lands on the temple of his glasses) Edwin our administrator (THE FLY IS HIS EYE!!)

It was quite funny ;).
